RollXO provides a range of online services including but not limited to product ordering and user engagement features. We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service; occasional downtime may occur for maintenance or unforeseen issues.
Payment / Pricing / Billing
All transactions are conducted in Australian dollars (AUD). Pricing details will be provided at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply depending on your location, and late payments may incur fees as outlined in our billing policy.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Services. You are required to respect the intellectual property rights of others and refrain from uploading or sharing infringing content.

RollXO owns all rights, titles, and interests in our Services and associated Content. By submitting User-generated Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display the Content for our operational purposes.
Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollXO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our Services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease, and you will remain liable for any outstanding charges.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia, or through binding arbitration if agreed upon.
Changes to the Terms
RollXO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify Users of significant changes via email or through our website, and such changes will take effect 30 days post notification.
